First I signed up for 6 mos and then noticed another 6 mo charge.They reversed that but after a couple of weeks I could not log on so I called them and did what they said and then had to rebuild my profile and pics.
The next week it happened again and I ended up doing this 3 or 4 times. I just .called them today and told them I wanted to cancel and wanted the remainder of my 6 mos refunded.....the cs guy said he couldn't do that so I asked for a manager. He said is could not transfer the call to a manager and there was no other # to call. I kept asking for his boss and he hung up on me.
So I guess I am out my money for the remaining 4 1/2 mos.
What jerks.Never again!!
